I heard @Bellwayhomes1 won an award for pride in their work yet my mum has lived in one of their apartments for over 2 years and the outstanding snagging is appalling. @Bellwayhomes1 & @NHBC should be ashamed

#Bellway has to be one of the worst builders out there. The fact @NHBC has signed off their work baffles me. Anyone with the slightest construction knowledge would know the build is inadequate. My mums lived in her apartment for over 2 years and still no resolution for any issues

@BellwayExposed wish I knew how bad #Bellway were before my mum bought an apartment from them two years ago. Still being ignored by #Bellway and @NHBC even though there is obvious damp in her property. No roads or landscaping finished either. The estate is an absolute hazard.

#Bellway care is limited to maximising profits from buyers with lack of legal protection for redress. No-one and nothing else matters. A courteous, considerate developer would put some screening, fencing or walling in place.
