Five years ago today I buried my 12-year-old daughter Semina. After reporting to police she had been groomed, raped, beaten and bullied Semina took her own life after being told it was her word against his. 18 months later an IOPC report showed that the detective in charge of the case had an admission of guilt but failed to arrest him. Semina nor myself were told at the time he had admitted to the rape, if she had been told she would still be here instead she was failed by all authorities payed to protect her and died thinking she wasnt believed. 💔

Prosecutors say his phone contained images of the injured victim and that he had searched online for violent sex websites and for a drug to sedate someone for transport.

Exactly 6 years ago Youcef Tebbal voluntarily dragged Axelle Dorier, a 22yo french nurse, under his car for half a mile, dismembering her alive. On July 19, 2020, Axelle Dorier was celebrating a birthday with her friend in a Lyon (France) park when Youcef and his friend hit a dog while driving carelessly. When the young nurse stood in front of the vehicle to stop it from fleeing until police arrived, Youcef Tebbal deliberately accelerated and dragged her trapped underneath his car hood for 807 meters. She lost a limb, her body and bones scrapped the asphalt. Youcef even stopped, reversed and left again, knowing that she was still trapped underneath the car. Expertise later showed that the 22yo nurse was conscious during the whole ride. Youcef and his friend Mohammed then stopped and unhooked Axelle’s body from under the bumper and left the scene, leaving her on the side of the road. Tebbal was later convicted of voluntary violence causing death without intent to kill and sentenced to ONLY 12 years in prison. During the trial his maghrebian family assaulted Axelle’s brother and family as well as the court staff. You don’t hate them enough.
