There's clearly 100s if not 1000s of people without their orders fulfilled, sat in a dark hole of no communication, yet company still try to push for more business. Focus on your existing orders for heavens sake!

@sofadotcom Two weeks since scheduled delivery, we have half a sofa (no plinth/legs), no second sofa. Despite repeated phone calls to the Guildford store and emails to Lorety Gonsalves in Customer Service, we are getting no replies let alone answers. SO-366875. Worst customer service ever!

Another day enjoying my lovely new sofa from @sofadotcom! My guests at the weekend were so impressed too!! 😍🥰 Particularly glad I paid £119 for their “white glove” delivery service so that they could keep my money and ghost me - highly recommended if you enjoy being mugged!
