Today, eight of the nine justices rejected culture war. They applied the First Amendment without fear or favor. Eight of the nine justices understood that a government power used to help "your side" today can be used to hurt "your side" tomorrow. Eight of the nine got that, in a First Amendment case, it's important to picture a *mirror image* law, and see what you think of it. The ninth justice is playing some other game.

Fire: Fund at state level with income/sales
And remove pork that current income tax goes to when funding lower states

I’m very confused about the number of people who think “property tax” is a sales tax on you home rather than taxes to pay for public services you use every day.

Why don't airlines incentivize checked bags?
I would gladly check a bag, but it costs $35 each way. Then I get to the plane and they tell me I have to check my bag because there's not enough room for all the carry-ons.
Make a checked bag free - like it used to be - so I can overpack again.
I don't mind waiting at baggage claim if I can bring a few more pairs of shoes.

Fun fact: I had our family do a “Seder” maybe 15 years ago. (I was going through a phase.)
Felt nothing. Didn’t satisfy.
A few years ago our church began observing the Lord’s Supper every week.
Meaningful every time. Because our Lord instituted it and promised to be spiritually present in it.

If you make under $184k, you pay a 12.4% Social Security tax rate. Everything after that cap is exempt from the tax.
So if you make $1 million per year, you pay about 2.2%. And it's 0.002% for billionaires.
If we lifted the cap, Social Security could be funded for decades.
