I'm struggling to make sense of how some DReps are voting on this AlphaGrowth PRIME proposal. This proposal, if I understand it correctly, is a 12-month commercialization and growth initiative that is designed to use treasury funds to accelerate Cardano DeFi. Where I get confused is that many DReps have previously taken a firm position that Treasury funds should not be used to drive commercial growth. They've consistently argued that the Treasury should primarily fund public goods, infrastructure and open-source development. What has changed, or, what am I missing here? Lets say AlphaGrowth passes and gets to work identifying the gaps and how we can bridge them. Are the criticisms of our commercial projects, which have been used in rationales to explain NO votes, suddenly going to become obsolete and we'll be ok funneling treasury resources to them because AlphaGrowth tells us we should? I feel like I must be missing something... what is it?
