Becka doesn’t know what she’s talking about. I live a block from there, and did this same walk a few months ago.
The issue is mainly big corporate retail stores leaving and the footprint they used being too big for anything else. Go a few blocks in any direction and it’s full.

This is actually insane American goes to explore uptown Minneapolis and Hennepin Avenue, she says “This used to be the place to be” “Literally every store front is empty — empty, empty, empty” “Let's look at the many empty storefronts, the boarded up YMCA and explore the bus depot that is a haven for the drug trade” She walks by countless stores and names what they used to be, now it’s all out of business because of Democrat policies and Democrats importing foreigners to replace Americans

Meet Minneapolis is mainly funded by the city, so apparently tax dollars are paying to have Michelin come here.
I'm excited about Michelin rating local restaurants, but the city shouldn't be paying for it at the same time as cutting services and raising taxes on residents.

@NortonMpls Personally think Myriel is overhyped, would say no stars there. I see the logic behind Quang, but think there are better Vietnamese spots (like across the street at My Huong.)

The hype Runyons got was so heavy that I questioned if it would live up to they hype.
It didn’t, because it surpassed the hype ten fold. Eating these wings was a religious experience, and the new Twin Cities leader in my wife and I’s wing rankings

That’s why I still have interest in the guy.
