Since Gregor Townsend took over, Scotland 21 Six Nations wins, England 23 Six Nations wins. Not sure that a difference of two wins justifies the claim of Scotland only getting up for England. England have finished 5th, 2nd, 1st, 5th, 3rd, 4th, 3rd, 2nd. Now 4th. Pretty dismal

As a kid, I was glued to the TV watching this fella. Chris Patterson was (and is) such a pure kicker. Listen to this small little instruction, and watching how smooth his kick is. To my recollection, Patterson never ever missed a kick for Scotland (all competitions)
