This semester in my Professional Learning Plan, I have focused on formative assessment. I implemented 10 different strategies and evaluated their effectiveness on a rating scale I created, showing me how formative assessments serve specific purposes. Here is the rating scale!

Yesterday my 5th graders at Norwood Elementary learned about understanding reasons and supporting evidence in a text! Utilizing a questions chart and sticky notes was a successful way to engage my kiddos! Thank you @Benaye46 for my observation feedback!
