If I saw you in the ocean clinging to a log for safety, I’d save the log and let you drown. At least wood can become something useful, like toilet paper. @Qzoomer1

@WesleyLHuff There’s judeo and there’s Christian, there’s no such thing as judeo-Christian They fundamentally burned every claim they had to such a thing when they schismed from the church in 70 AD one cannot have the Father without the Son, hence they skew the OT to their own demise

So much noise online regarding the term "judeo-Christian." Guys -- in academia it's simply the term that describes the combined corpus of Old and New Testaments. The Jewish heritage of the Hebrew scriptures combined with the New Testament. That's it. I know you want there to be some conspiracy but there isnt, that's the way we're using it. It has nothing to do with geo-politics or a one world order.

@MerlesWorld @Alex_Ortodoxie @C2Antiquity You are trying to find the church among many schismatic groups, so you should take inspiration from what the scriptures say about schism and who produces Saints we read about prayers of saints in revelations and the fruits of the spirit elsewhere so the church will have saints2/2

@HHS3239 @JPuncut @Alex_Ortodoxie I’ve answered your question now 3 times but I guess you’re incapable of basic reading and logical skills so I’ll say it in plain language As far as Im aware no, there is not one single binding council to the WHOLE that dogmatically affirms deuterocanon its a jurisdictional thing

@Benji54861225 @JPuncut @Alex_Ortodoxie At thsi point I will accept that you either don't know the answer or you are intentionally avoiding answering. I told you that my problem was that I read too much. Does your church, in an ecumenical council or dogmatic pronouncement, declare a deuterocanon for the whole church?

This liar @Alex_Ortodoxie has been corrected multiple times and he continues to lie 1. The EO church does not agree in the cannon 2. You do not have the same Canon 3. You keep lying on this issue and have been corrected multiple times on this issue by @His

@HHS3239 @JPuncut @Alex_Ortodoxie Now Greece may add the maccabees and sirach etc Serbia might add the protoevangelion of James etc this is not scripture hence deuterocanon, a second canon for personal reading, not part of our liturgies which is the highest honor a physical thing can receive

@HHS3239 @JPuncut @Alex_Ortodoxie You fundamentally misunderstand, and I believe it’s intentional… If Pastor bill at your church instructed the congregation to read a book because it’s edifying it doesn’t suddenly become part of your Bible It’s the same with us our primary Bible is the 66 book liturgical text

@HHS3239 @JPuncut @Alex_Ortodoxie Tell me you can’t read without telling me I literally said the deuterocanon is where traditions VARY meaning yes you can’t find one place it’s “affirmed” rather you can find places where the individual jurisdictions affirmed their deuterocanons

@MerlesWorld @Alex_Ortodoxie @C2Antiquity These people show the fruits of the spirit, and perform miracles, in such a presence one cannot deny Holiness. Only one church creates such people in totality RCC often produces a distorted image (consider ppl that do literal self harm as a “pious practice”) 5/6
