If you can't connect to the Servers. Start your game and do NOT move your mouse for 1-2 Minutes. After that you will get a Downloading Security Measures pop-up and your game will restart. Then Again do NOT move your mouse for 1-2 minutes and the Introduction Video will start playing and you are connected to the Servers!

@TheDivisionGame I paid for premium curency to get the season pass and I never recieved it in game after getting an email saying that it was purchsed. I thought I did something wrong so I purched the same pakage again....Nothing and again I was charged on my bank account. Please
