Started this year with exciting goals & a fab vision board. If you haven’t done anything yet, it’s helpful to clarify what you’re wanting to bring into your life this year.First reflected on what I was grateful for in ‘22 & then looked at different aspects like health, career etc

FYI if you know anyone that has experienced a #stillbirth, the @leedssanctuary in-person craft & creative sessions are starting on Saturday (21/1) @Oblongleeds from 10:30am - 12:30pm. The Zoom sessions were very open & safe. Sometimes doing an activity is easier than talking 💚

Every 24 hours we need to re-up: 1. Sleep 2. Morning Sunlight 3. Exercise 4. Nutrients (even if from body stores) 5. Water The fact that we can survive >24hrs without one or several of these, is irrelevant. Health flourishes when we make getting all 5 of these a daily priority.
