@CafeFantasia I think this is the best upgraded scene, the new props work amazing blending the screen from the rest of the scene.

Another change I noticed on Ratatouille is the new (28/03/2026) wooden chopping board prop in scene 9 (remy goodbye). 🐭🕯️ This overscale prop successfully hides the line between the bottom edge of the screen and the black floor. 😊👍 #DisneyAdventureWorld #DisneylandParis

@ProUniversalUK One just has to take a look at the the surroundings of Disneyland Paris to understand what can happen here. With Universal planning one hotel for opening, I imagine loads of guests will be looking to other hotels around the park.

A little bit of news that really shows the ripple effect already starting from the Universal Studios UK project 👀 A planning application has just been submitted to expand Redwings Lodge, just off the A1 near Baldock. The plan is to add 51 new rooms, taking the hotel from 40 rooms up to a total of 91. But here’s the key part… and it’s the one that really stood out to me 👇 The planning statement *directly* points to the upcoming Universal theme park near Bedford as a major reason for the expansion. Essentially, they’re expecting a noticeable rise in visitors once the park gets going — and they want to be ready for it. The application even highlights that the hotel is within about 35 minutes of the site, making it a strong option for future guests heading to the park. On top of that, they’re already seeing increased demand from things like HGV drivers and weekend stays, with Universal expected to push that even further. If approved, the extension wouldn’t just add rooms — it would also create around 17 new jobs across cleaning, front-of-house, management and maintenance roles. Design-wise, the new section would sit behind the existing building and match its height and style, so it wouldn’t drastically change how the hotel looks from the A1. For me, this is another early sign of how big the impact of Universal Studios UK is going to be. We’re not even at construction yet, and nearby businesses are already planning ahead for the demand it’s expected to bring. [Aerial Views] ✈️🦁🚧 World of Lion King - April 23, 2026 ➡️ Our new flight from yesterday evening at sunset, just as the bridge was opened to allow barges preparation for the nighttime show Disney Cascade of Lights! ➡️🏗️ Vertical construction continues across the future World of Lion King site in #DisneylandParis, particularly on the rear section of the main show building : ➖ Perimeter walls are rising, with the first façade openings already visible. ➖ Numerous structural columns now cover most of the footprint. ➖ Additional concrete elements have also appeared within the future flume basin area (located below the first lift). ➡️🎢 The off site flume test area has now received a ride vehicle! ➖ Positioned at the base of the drop during our flight, the log is currently being used for active testing, visible from the parks! ➖ These tests allow #WaltDisneyImagineering to validate ride systems & hydraulic performance ahead of on site installation.

For those who don't know, this entire set still exists in Paris, but has some crates stacked in front of it to make the "Alice in Wonderland" stunt show instead... so all I'm saying is they could totally bring this back 🫠 too bad they won't LOL

@Luiz_Fernando_J GOT coming in the Christmas season after Dune 3 and LOTR the previous years would be a crazy run for WB.

Just realised I forgot to include it in the post, but although they haven’t set a release date yet, WB included the #GameOfThrones: #AegonsConquest film as part of their 2028 slate. If the #GoT film sticks with 2028, it’d be the same year #HouseOfTheDragon’s Series Finale airs. Also, with WB trying to reclaim the #Christmas holiday corridor with mega event films like they used to do in the 2000s, I wouldn’t be shocked if they are dreaming of releasing this on DEC 15, 2028. Ironically, it would be WB’s third year in a row opening a mega event film head to head with an MCU film, as Disney has an untitled Marvel event film flagged on that date. It might become a Christmas tradition instead of a mutual threat. If WB manages to get the script ready and able to kick off filming by next SPRING maximum, it’s doable. And obviously, it all depends on if the merger with Paramount you carry on with it it will get on their way somehow.
