5-MeO-DMT (5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine) is a powerful, naturally occurring psychedelic tryptamine. It's found in the venom of the Sonoran Desert toad, certain plants, and can be synthesized.
It acts mainly on serotonin receptors (5-HT1A & 5-HT2A), producing intense, short effects—usually 15-30 min when vaped/smoked—including ego dissolution, mystical unity, and profound insights. Often called the "God molecule," it's under study for fast-acting mental health benefits like depression/anxiety relief.
Hey there! This is really random but we just adopted this puppy and the breeder said she’s half Sheltie and half Bernese. I ran my picture through Grok and amazingly I think you might have the only picture/mention of this type of dog haha. Was just wondering what I can expect from this new pup if you don’t mind me asking.
@juliann38915202 What breeds is he? When we adopted this one, the one with a rope i. His mouth, we were told he was a Chihuahua terrier mix. The were a little off. He’s a Sheltie, Border Collie and Bernese Mountain Dog.
Just a reminder: Apparently, soldiers in Vietnam who used the first generation of infrared goggles were seeing some sort of entities all around them. Due to panic, the equipment was withdrawn and never used again.
The equipment that apparently caused problems for the soldiers in Vietnam was called 'Starlight scopes.' The first-generation night vision goggles produced a reddish image, not green. This was due to the phosphor coating used on the screens.
Some prototypes had various compounds in them, including dicyanin, or Dyson dye.
Of course, these are just stories passed on by many soldiers, some who used these goggles outside of a war zone and in the ocean didn't see any entities. But some of those in the war zone, especially in the helicopters, had recurring nightmares after witnessing the entities.
Apparently, they are more present in conflict zones, and according to some whistleblowers, even today they are drawn to nuclear energy.
They thought they were demons/jinns; I think, if true, they were seeing a glimpse of some interdimensional forces present at the battlefield.
