@GM @GMCustomerSvc I have sent email to socialmedia@gm.com with all my request info per your request and haven’t been notified. What to do? Don’t want to bring in car if it’s going to charge me since on websites there has been recalls about this situation

@SouthwestAir what is going on? I called,spoke to a representative to request to cancel my flight. Later that evening I got an email saying no show cancel and lost my travel funds. Now I have been transferred from department to department to get this taken care of.
