@Plusnet my 93 year old mother’s landline is not working. She doesn’t use a mobile and lives alone. You promised to fix it by 5pm today. It’s still not fixed. Please help.

@theJeremyVine please tell Dr Sarah that my husband has flare ups of iritis (a type of uveitis) and it is painful! And the treatment makes it more painful.
