@British_Airways there has got to be an easier way to get a refund for flights YOU cancelled. This morning I have been hung-up on 3 times and waited on hold for more than 30 mins twice. CAN YOU PLEASE give me some guidance on how to do this other than waiting on the phone???

@British_Airways wow. WORST customer experience. 15 emails saying check in online. I try to, get an error and wait 15 minutes on hold. Your agent is incredibly rude to me & hangs up. Why are you sending emails telling people check in online when policy is they have to go the desk
