The first time they came, they refused to deliver or install the fridge unless I paid them $600 cash. Your delivery people attempted to extort me, saying it's "physically impossible" to get it up the stairs but somehow physics change if I have $600 cash! Weird-never had a problem delivering before 🤔

Julie Albert, a John O'Keefe and Karen Read trial witness, refused a 2024 police search of her phone for texts with Michael Proctor, and denied she had Proctor's number stored.
The next day, Albert "found Proctor's number" and "two texts."
