Can we talk about how just sitting down to do the math shows this to be ridiculous? Totals so far + % not finished reporting, assuming roughly same split - totals are more like 79m R, 76m D. So, are those “extra” millions fraudulent now, too, or only when they don’t favor you?

Wonder if Rs still think there were 20m illegal votes this time, or no because the result favored them?🙄🤬

So North Carolina went blue across the board except for president. Dem Governor, Dem Lt Governor, Dem school superintendent, Dem AG, and 2 dem reps. And Trump. Do I have that right?

I hope in the coming days someone is able to explain how we had record turnout but 18M fewer votes than 2020. Both of those things can’t be true.

Florida senate was always a long shot, it only got investment bc of the reality facing the senate races in OH and MT.
This is why the Harris campaign did not compete there.
I am deeply proud of @DebbieforFL for taking the fight to Rick Scott and made him work for it.

Do NOT panic during this first part of the evening.
Rural counties report first because they have fewer votes to count -- tends to result in Republicans coming out to early leads.
Democratic count tends to come in later in the evening.
Keep Kamala and carry on a la.

from Philly courtroom — Musk lawyer says his $1m giveaway is NOT a lottery. "There is no prize to be won" and winners "are not chosen at random," Musk lawyer Chris Gober said. Instead, the $1m is a salary they "earn" to be a spokesperson for Musk's pro-Trump super PAC. Winners are picked based on their "suitability to serve" and their personal story, Gober said. In response, Philly DA team called this a "complete admission of liability" that Musk is running an illegal lottery under PA law. Remember: When Musk announced the giveaway.... in PA nonetheless.... he said, "we are going to be awarding $1 million randomly." DA showed this in court to the judge. Gober argued there's a difference between "randomly" and "by chance," which is why he argued that this isn't an illegal lottery under PA gaming laws.

@shesbonky What they don’t get is you don’t make the kind of change they are looking for by doing a “protest vote.” You want viable 3rd party candidates? Work to get ranked choice voting. It’s not quick or flashy like protest voting, but it might actually be *effective* one day.
