You do realize the person cheating can also be a victim themself? I’m not saying cheating is right in any way but he could be a victim of emotional neglect or psychological distress. Not having the one you with physically involved with you can make you feel neglected and alone so when these woman gave him attention it gave him the medicine from neglect. There is no way none of these woman didn’t know he was in a relationship at all but yet continued. If they knew then they are as guilty for hooking up with him or even more.
