@Debenhams I returned my order 3 weeks ago and I am yet to get a refund and your online chat keeps telling me to wait until 3rd November which has already passed

@InPostUK if one of you lockers has no access to it due to building work but my parcel is being sent there are you able to redirect it to another locker? your customer service basically told me it tough they can’t control building work but that doesn’t seem right?
