I’ve been wondering about this too. To all the customs brokers out there, do we begin to have the capacity to collect these duties? The U.S. hasn’t collected significant tariffs on land border trade for three decades now.

Very good pt here that deserves more attn: the Can/Mex tariff EOs' denial of "duty drawback" (see below) and "de minimis" treatment (low-dollar shipments, millions of which enter the US each day) mean enforcement of Trump's new tariffs will be an administrative nightmare:
