Hate to break it to you guys but sometimes you have to do things you don’t like for the sake of having a community. Avoiding consistency with the people in your life is working against us and the data already shows it. If you think connections can be sustained on absence carry on

@debm4501 @DanRShafer You're not wrong, but we did get a workforce housing development passed three years ago, and the most recent impact fee waiver exemption for affordable units only failed 8-6. So it's possible.

Someone attacked me for sitting on the board of a completely non-partisan non-profit that provides emergency shelter, homeless prevention and shelter diversion, and stabilization for unsheltered families in Waukesha Co.
Amazing stuff.

Apparently for them expanding the commercial tax base while providing more housing and a new workforce to the City is a bad thing...
