@BethesdaRow @msabouri What are you talking about? This brings more people to the communities to spend money. Easier for UMD kids to get jobs and internships with fast, cheap transportation. Easier to get to these communities to spend money. Good for small business

@Rawdawggbandit @msabouri It certainly will be for the multifamily housing developers in those areas. Existing small businesses in strip malls and working class residents in the aging affordable apartments, not so much.

I know few people care about us in the Palisades, and that's fine, but it's truly mind-boggling how our city leaders have abandoned us, entirely. We're throwing parades while homes are catching fire & arsonists & looters are having a free-for-all. LA has become 3rd World.

@eastouip1 Virginia has such an international reputation as business-friendly that it will take awhile for policy changes to weaken that. Previously, VA Democratic governors were just about as successful as GOP guvs at economic development, so she would be nuts to toss that playbook.
