But that means the average apartment payout guarantee is $330,578.51!!! That’s nearly the average cost of a three bedroom home in Maryland - and this payout is for nearly 100% apartments. That seems like a scandalous use of taxpayer funds considering that an average new single family home is between $375-450,000.
