For 6 months, I have been working intensely to increase my ability to sustain focus. I have used neuromeditation in this endeavour. Specifically, focused meditation with neurofeedback. Although the science backs it, I was unsure what to expect. But the results have been amazing!

@OptiMindInsight one should always be able to understand the tradeoff because if you do not understand the price you have to pay, eventually, after all the hardwork - you will still land into losses.

Motivational bull**** fluff 102: “No pain, no gain” If you’re in pain, it’s probably your body sending you a signal. Yes, it should be hard, and you should push yourself. But so many people cut sleep, eat like crap, and “work” 16+ hours straight. No one can produce anything of quality in this state. Find balance. Manage your mental energy and watch your results skyrocket.
