@mariotomich 60 lbs or so.
He has a gut, low muscle tone, and high visceral fat markers.

@gregogallagher Visible abs with flexing is always sub 12.
Vascularity is solid. But no crazy striations. 8-9%

@WeldinMF @Hybridathlete Doing it naturally all my life.
But youre probably generally right. Most people benching in the highest ranges arent just consistent lifters.
English

@Hybridathlete 225 bench is the easiest way to tell if someone is juiced out of their mind. Maybe 1 in a million are doing it naturally.
English

@CombatJoe1010 Shhh. nobody tell him about the Paulicians or Lollards or Waldensians
Its funnier when they embarrass themselves

#TimeToHunt are in need of goaltending depth, and #LeafsForever netminder Anthony Stolarz could solve a lot of their problems.
Could the Florida Panthers and Stolarz reunite?

@JamesMac_Fit Basically. Brick phones at home, set limits and time locks, they ask permission for use.
No computers in room or ipads or anything.
Try to raise them like 90s kids.
English

Dads... I need your advice.
As a young dad myself, I’m genuinely worried about my son growing up addicted to screens, phones, games, etc.
It feels like EVERYTHING is designed to grab their attention these days.
So I want to ask:
- How do you actually manage screen time in your house?
- What’s worked for you?
- What’s failed?
Would appreciate real answers from people who’ve been there 🤝
English

@hdpayens @uav_guy_79 Here. Let me help you.
Look up Paulicians.
Read all about them from their enemies. Assume they were smeared by these enemies, and persecuted.
Now stop repeating the silly "1500 years" line.
Even your own church leadership says its false.
English

@uav_guy_79 Sure I'll listen to the guys who made things up 1500 years later

Ignatius of Antioch, writing in 107 AD, affirmed the Eucharist as the literal flesh of Christ, a belief he held even when facing martyrdom.
He was on his way to Rome to be thrown to wild beasts. He knew it. He wrote his letters expecting to die.
And yet, when he addressed the Smyrnaeans, he did not soften the language. He called the Eucharist "the flesh of our Savior Jesus Christ, which suffered for our sins."
No hedging. No metaphor. No pastoral diplomacy.
This matters for one reason: men facing death do not die for symbolic meals.
Ignatius wasn't innovating. John 6:53-56 had been read in Christian communities for roughly 70 years before he put pen to parchment. "Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." The Church had formed its eucharistic faith on those words. Ignatius confirmed what was already believed.
The Docetists in Smyrna rejected the Eucharist because they rejected the Incarnation. Ignatius saw the connection instantly. Deny the Real Presence and you have denied the flesh of Christ. The two heresies are the same heresy.
The symbolic interpretation of John 6 is not an ancient reading recovered by the Reformers. It is a departure from what the earliest witnesses believed, taught, and died for.
What do you think Ignatius understood that modern symbolic readings miss?

@reddit_lies I wouldnt stay married to a murderer either.

@Kevindc1206 Ne sagt mir alles gar nichts. Bei mir ist auch ADHS im Spiel, das mit dem Dopamin ist also bestimmt ein Punkt. LDA könnte ich vielleicht auch nochmal probieren.

@anna_reise87030 Inflammation reduction is your goal.
This may help you big time:
KPV
BPC-157
If you have extra weight, retatrutide.
Patches seem to work and lose efficacy over time.

@TheCryptoDaddi I got to three, felt energy loss, went back to 2, and then 1.5, and slowed.
2 is my spot.
English

Titrated up to 4mg of Reta today. Reading an overwhelming amount of positive reviews that say 4mg is the sweet spot for fat burning and also keeps sides away. Taking it every 6 days instead of once a week.
Feels like I’ve about got this Retatrutide protocol dialed in. Anyone else running the same or similar?
English

@mrdennisnewton @Benaskren Thymosin Alpha and Retatrutide my friend.
👍
English

@Benaskren Your situation and Busch scares the daylights out of me. I’m a middle aged somewhat overweight and extremely handsome gentleman. I know full well they would take me to the VA and pump me full of morphine and watch me drift into the sweet by and by
English

This is literally what happened to me. I had zero breathing issues until the morning I was admitted to the hospital. Only symptoms days before was back pain. I went to the hospital the day before I was admitted and all vitals tested normal, besides back pain I felt fine and even had a good workout.

Kyle Busch died of sepsis caused by pneumonia. I’m sorry, but this makes little to no sense. With the money and access to treatment he had - someone either missed something or misdiagnosed something. How was he so sick with pneumonia that it became sepsis, yet 2 days prior he was kart racing with his kid? If his pneumonia were that far along, would he not have been damn near bed ridden? And what was his team doing letting him race while being that sick to begin with? thegatewaypundit.com/2026/05/nascar…
English

@TheLizVariant Im doing this and saying this.
Basically tech is sort of the enemy of childhood.
You limit its influence and get better kids.
English

There’s a growing trend of parents intentionally raising their kids like it’s the late 90s again.
No iPads. No algorithm. Just bikes, VHS tapes, books, outside play, family dinners, and boredom that forces kids to actually use their imagination.
Id love to know where they’re getting these VHS tapes?

@JackHadfield14 Ive been harping on the same subject wherever i can.
KPV, BPC, TB500, GHKCU, Thymosin Alpha.
This is the Long Covid Stack.
Anyone who hasnt tried this is doing themselves a disservice.
English

@rileyanderz Ive been spamming this information on MECFS and Long Covid posts but nobody will try it.
Changed my life.
Not a cure, but man does it feel so much better.

Notes after two doses of 500mcg KPV for MCAS:
- Significant brain fog improvement
- Significantly less dizzy
- Have laughed out loud multiple times (basically non-existent before)
- Singing... Actually sounds good and can actually hold a note (has been a weird but very distinctive symptoms since MCAS started)
- Racing thoughts significantly slowed (in a good way)
- Increased thinking and planning about the future
- Exploring and trying things while playing guitar that I have never tried before
- First time actually ~feeling~ the feeling of love for a loved one in a few months (love had felt solely intellectual/factual, not physical/visceral/emotional)
It is truly wild how inflammation, MCAS, etc. can manifest.
