It's not going to be easy, quick or painless. It's designed to be the opposite, otherwise this wouldn't be a massive cram session for the toughest final exam in existence.
But you HAVE to try keep your frequency as high as you can.
Don't doom-scroll (like I'm guilty of).
Don't fret, stress, worry or panic.
Breathe, go outside, cuddle your fur-baby, or give someone a hug.
Sing, laugh, write, cry.
Catharsis is everything!
Don't forget to eat, like I do. Don't make coffee your only meal of the day.

This needs to be put into perspective.
War is a reality throughout the universe.
After the Shift, humans will finally live in peace with each other, but outside threats will still exist.
Free will is universal, therefore evil can be chosen anywhere.
Galactic Federation isn't involved in ongoing wars because no one is powerful enough to fight them.
For 30 years, they've maintained a protective barrier around Earth to keep dark forces in crafts away.
There have been times when Elder Ikai chose to destroy malevolent crafts that came too close.
All non-human negative entities are currently confined to the astral plane by Galactic Federation, to serve as props in this "school for souls".
The point is to allow challenges that humans can overcome through spiritual awakening and moral free will, which prepares native souls to graduate and join Galactic Federation in defending other worlds.
Humans should adjust to the idea that the most loving and benevolent beings have the most powerful weapons, and will use them if necessary.

Was today light and easy? Good.
Was today hard and heavy? Good.
Are things overwhelming right now? Good.

When that feeling of longing for home comes up, I remind myself: we are here to experience all of it, all that 3D earth has to offer…the beauty, the joy, the struggle, and the growth. Nothing is wasted. Every moment is shaping us.

NO ONE GROWS UP WITHOUT BEING “PROGRAMMED.”
There is a truth many people only recognize very late in life:
We do not begin our lives as blank pages.
We begin our lives inside systems that already existed long before we arrived.
You are born into a family. Your family gives you your first understanding of what is right, what is wrong, what is acceptable, and what is not.
They are not trying to control you. But they pass down the version of reality they themselves inherited.
That is where the first layer of programming begins.
Then you grow older. You are guided into a religion or a belief structure.
You learn what is sacred, what is forbidden, what is truth, and what must not be questioned.
Yet very few people are taught to ask a simple question: Is this belief truly mine?
Then you go to school.
You learn mathematics, science, and history.
But at the same time, you also learn something deeper : how to become a person who fits inside society.
You learn how to follow instructions, how to give correct answers, how to stay within expectations, and how to walk along paths prepared long before you arrived.
Then you step into the wider world.
Culture begins shaping you.
Social timelines begin defining you. Invisible expectations begin measuring your life.
You hear sentences like: “This is how people should live.” “At your age, you should already be here.” “This is success.” “This is happiness.” And slowly, without noticing, you begin evaluating your life using definitions you never created.
Then the internet arrives, and everything accelerates.
Algorithms choose what you see.
News chooses what you fear.
Social media chooses what you compare yourself to. Trends choose what feels important.
You believe you are choosing freely, but very often you are choosing inside a frame that was designed before you even noticed it existed.
So if you have ever felt that something in your life does not fully belong to you, that feeling is not confusion. It is awareness. It is the moment you begin to see the first layer of programming.
But this is where the real journey begins.
Because every time you remove one layer, another appears behind it.
You question society and step into another ideology. You question religion and step into another belief structure. You leave one framework only to discover a subtler one waiting underneath.
That is why awakening is not a moment. It is a process.
Awakening begins with simple but powerful questions: Is this truly me? Did I choose this belief? Is this path mine — or is it simply the path I learned to walk?
And one day, something changes.
You realize that even though your life has been shaped by many layers of programming, you still have the power to choose your direction.
Not by fighting the world but by returning inward. Returning to honesty.
Returning to stillness.
Returning to the quiet question at the center of your life:
If fear were not deciding for me… how would I live?
Awakening is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who you truly are.
And behind all those layers of programming, there is not emptiness.

@poseidis38 @brun__2213 Anything unhealthy is technically low vibration. Addictions can create astral attachments. Moderation is important but difficult for many. Nothing that would prevent shifting to Sheen, it just affects quality of life right now.
