Tried a Spicy Jackfruit Crab Roll, the combination of spicy jack fruit, avocado, chili strands, tangy pickled onions and marinated carrots was so refreshing. Presentation was gorg & the ponzu sauce was so umami. Another 10/10 for @BeyondSushi 🍱 Can’t wait to try more!

Tried Vegan for lunch today from @BeyondSushi 🥗 I got the Applewood Smoked Oyster Mushroom Salad…. smoked oyster mushrooms romaine hearts bacn bits nutritional yeast brined red onions charred sesame creamy hijiki dressing 10/10! It tastes fresh and healthy 🤩
