Maybe older than Ramayana but not "RAMA" as there are 300 versions of Puranic Ramayana. A Brahmi inscription mentioning 'Bhagvato Rama Narayan'. The inscription is dated to 159, 161,165 AD & mentions Indraghosha & his wife making their offerings to Lord Rama.

There is no evidence identifying Rai Dungar as a Tomar. Rather, an inscription from Himmatgarh dated V.S. 1532 (1475 CE) records him as a descendant of Harishchandra, a feudatory of Maharaja Kirtisingh Deva Tomar. — Gwalior Ke Tomar, Harihar Niwas Dwivedi, p. 160.

Bhadar Zamindari, Mathura: Bhadar was a Mauza in the Sonsa Pargana. It was originally held by the Bhadhauriya Rajputs, but Raja Banarasi Singh Khuntela of Sonsa, granted it to Maan Singh, a Siroha Jat. Maan Singh subsequently built a fort there, the ruins of which still survive.

Prof. Girraj Singh Sirohi, a Siroha Jat of Bulandshahr, West UP. He reached the South Pole in 1960, becoming one of the first Indians to do so. In 1961, the U.S. government honored his pioneering contributions to plant physiology by naming “Sirohi Point” in Antarctica after him.
