@zomatocare - paid over 700 for an avocado toast and the bread came separate and so hard that my tooth is shaking. Restaurant is offering a replacement. What is the point of it after 2 hours? And customer care closed my chat without even my consent!

@fnp_ind order id 72118384 sub order 7211838401 Original order booked for delivery 7am to 9am, now auto modified to 9am to 1pm. This is unacceptable, there is no chat or customer support except useless AI bots. Rs 200 are being charged for delivery still time modified.

@ICICIDirectcare - can you arrange for someone to call with instructions over call on how to update for demerger of shares - including editing cost of original shares.. I understand it has to be done manually as icici direct cannot do the same automatically unlike most brokers

@Jay_Matoliya I had ordered a washing machine, which showed delivered to Malegaon instead of Goregaon (Mumbai) and we kept struggling to get resolution from customer care. Wouldn’t recommend Amazon for electronics anymore

Ordered an AC from Amazon… got half the climate change solution. Delivery guy shows up with just the outdoor unit, casually says “indoor unit will come later” and still asks for OTP like this is some trust fall exercise. 15 days later: Indoor unit: missing in action 🕵️‍♂️ Customer support: Olympic-level “left the chat, joined the chat” game 🏃‍♂️ Resolution: still buffering... At this point, even my AC is in split personality.
