@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank A fraud happened, yet no update. Customer care just pressures me to get new card, claiming it’s the only way to share info. Is this how you handle issues dodging accountability instead of resolving them? Why not update via email? Why push for new card?

@ICICIBank_Care Oh really? Because so far, all I've gotten is endless frustration and zero actual help. Assurances mean nothing if there's no real action. Maybe try actually resolving issues instead of just copying and pasting generic replies.

To make things worse, when I reached out to customer care, instead of helping, they had the audacity to blame me, saying I must have shared my details somewhere. How is it that your customer care can make such accusations while your investigation team is nowhere to be found?
