Deeply shocked to learn that my classmate and childhood friend Pramod Yadav was brutally attacked at night with a knife and axe. He is currently admitted to PGI Rohtak in serious condition, while his family in Bhiwani is facing an emergency. As per his brother, the @BhiwaniPolice are allegedly pressuring the family to compromise with the attackers. This raises serious concerns about law and order and only emboldens criminals. I request the Hon’ble CM @NayabSainiBJP ji to urgently look into the matter and ensure strict action against the culprits. @Bhiwani_DC @police_haryana @cmohry @DGPHaryana

Just learned from my friend that one of the accused is himself an SI in the police, and instead of taking action against the attackers, a case is reportedly being filed against the victim’s family. This is a very shameful situation and raises serious concerns that the police may be acting hand in glove with criminals. The officer must be suspended immediately and an impartial enquiry ordered.
