@Biffa I know your drivers get busy, but this driver didn’t slow down, I couldn’t tell if he looked both ways and he definitely didn’t give way to traffic on the main road.

disgusted with @Biffa have assisted collection as disabled. Not only did they not collect but phoned me and said they have video of it being collected. Sucks as I have a ring doorbell. After being called a liar then mocked as I didn’t have pen & paper near me. STILL WAITING

@Biffa this looks like an out-of-contract bin, located on South Road Ealing W5. I’ve reported it to @EalingCouncil but if you can get it emptied and removed from the pavement or permanently removed that could be great! Thank you.

I have had enough of @Biffa , they're useless. They claim they can't access, even though I've shown them vehicles accessing, including massive bin trucks, articulated trucks etc. NOW, they've just accessed and totally ignored my bins. SORT IT OUT @Biffa
