The difference comes down to how traditional finance and self-custodial crypto work. When you use a credit card, your bank holds your funds and can reverse transactions because they control the ledger. In self-custodial crypto, no single entity holds or controls user funds, including us. Onchain transactions are final by design. That said, onchain transactions are publicly traceable, and we do support users with documentation for law enforcement or other actions they may want to pursue. While we can't reverse onchain transactions (no wallet provider can), we actively work with security partners to prevent threats before they happen. We take our responsibility seriously and are always working to add more protective layers for our users. But again, due diligence is always the most important protective layer.

If there was fraud on my Credit card this would be fixed with one phone call . Wallets and exchanges need to do better and be held accountable
