@DotT782066 @InvestorDenis They paid for most of the acquisitions this way, so if you believe they weren’t value add to the business, then they were dilutive, but if you believe they bring revenue and opportunity to the business, then those shares represent future growth, and they effectively have no debt.

Let’s get clear on where we stand with $IONQ: Debt $30,4 million Revenue up 755% YoY Cash balance $3,1 billion 99,99% two-qubit gate fidelity Backlog $470 million (up $554% YoY) $54,5 million contract with the US Air Force Can produce a quantum computer for $30 million About to demonstrate its 256 qubit quantum computer About to acquire $SKYT to become vertically integrated Doesn’t need massive dilution refrigerators or liquid helium to operate its quantum computers Why would it not work for $IONQ from here?

$IONQ Close your eyes. A marble. A squeezed balloon. A 3-blade fan. A 4-blade windmill. That's not a yoga class. That's what Ballance & his team just did to a single atom in an Oxford lab. Yesterday I walked you through the paper. Today, 4 minutes that even a 10-year-old can follow. 📹👇 $IONQ #Quantum #IonQ

@genejchan Honestly scratching my head a bit as to why this doesn’t seem to be a bigger deal… this completely changes the narrative on trapped ion vs superconducting, especially when you stack all the other benefits (all equate to lower cost, easier scaling).

@KantiqueTech Not an issue for $IONQ… they have a partnership with PNNL to source domestic barium… this was locked down 4 years ago in anticipation of their next gen (now current) systems! ionq.com/news/february-…

@LanceTeren Here’s another case in logistics that will bring nearer term meaningful revenue… x.com/TechInnovation…
TechInnovation@TechInnovationz

$IonQ @einrideofficial just announced @amazon as a customer. 75 electric heavy-duty trucks across five US locations, up to 3 million electric transport miles per year on Amazon’s middle mile network powered by Amazon Relay. Saga AI runs the optimization, including charging planning. For our community @IonQ_Inc is a strategic investor in Einride since the $100M round in October 2025. PIPE oversubscribed at $113M. NYSE listing under $ENRD coming H1 2026. And one week ago, the two companies co-published arXiv 2604.11758 Iterative-QAOA applied to Einride’s Shipment Selection Problem on real fleet data. Saga AI is the classical layer running on Amazon today. The quantum layer is being built to warm-start it. IonQ doesn’t just sell quantum hardware. It invests in the customers whose problems quantum will eventually solve, then co-develops the integration before the technology is fully ready. Einride is the textbook case. Amazon is what makes the customer real at scale. $IONQ $ENRD #IonQ #QuantumOptimization

So much of Quantum computings meaningful revenue will come from militaries before it’s practical for the likes of Biotech, logistics, etc. I truly believe $INFQ is the best name to capture this as they already work with: US Army US Navy DoD Australian Army NASA UK Royal Navy DARPA Also commercial defense: Safran LMT SAIC L3Harris Dell Federal

$IONQ There was intense back-and-forth b/t the bulls and the bears following earnings release earlier this week, but the bulls are winning the fight so far. As I noted ahead of the latest earnings, consistently closing above the 200 day MA (currently at $46.6) would provide further bullish confirmation. The stock was already holding above the 100 day MA for over a week and closed above the 200 day MA on Tuesday this week prior to earnings release. Despite post-earnings volatility, the stock closed above the 200 day MA for the remainder of the week. The initial selloff and choppy price action post-earnings, despite a strong earnings beat and raised full year guidance, appeared to reflect classic “sell the news” profit taking after the significant pre-earnings run-up. Also, there were several other factors that gave the bears ammunition. The most notable factor was the significant YoY decline in GPM to ~24% in Q1 2026 (from ~44% in Q1 2025). Management attributed the pressure primarily to a strategic shift toward higher hardware sales and system deployments, though improved operating efficiency below the GP line helped offset some of the impact. It is also worth noting that the pending SkyWater acquisition will bring in a lower margin fab business (~20% GPM in FY 2025), which could exert additional downward pressure on margins in future quarters. Other headwinds included anticipated dilution from recent acquisitions and the capital-raise structure, as well as the absence of final confirmation on the SkyWater deal closing and selection for Phase C of DARPA’s initiative (though IonQ was selected for the separate DARPA HARQ program in April). Otherwise, the fundamental picture for IonQ remains excellent. Management reaffirmed that the SkyWater acquisition is expected to close in Q2 or Q3 this year. I continue to view the Phase C decision as likely a Q3 event. Looking ahead, the bullish weekly close leaves me fairly confident that the 50 day MA will cross above the 100 day MA in the coming weeks. We are already halfway there. The subsequent golden cross (50 day MA crossing above the 200 day MA) may take a few months or less to occur but appears likely based on the current setup. In other words, another leg of parabolic upside could be in store. For context, the prior 50/100 day crossover in Oct, 2024 before materialization of the last golden cross (the only one since IonQ’s public debut in 2021) preceded a sharp rally that carried the stock into the peak at $50 s. The biggest resistance levels we will possibly face for the rest of this year are at $80 s (near ATH set in Oct, 2025) and the $100 level which would trigger a material dilution event resulting from last year’s capital raise structure. That being said, I remain strongly bullish. Successful closing of the SkyWater acquisition, achievement of Phase C of the DARPA’s initiative, plus continued technical milestones and contract wins could potentially drive the stock toward $100 by year end. We’ll see.
Sensei@Sensei0701

$IONQ Most obvious sell the news event as I warned. Key support: $40 ish. Key resistance: $55 ish. The bulls know what to do if the stock dumps more AH and for the rest of this week. Consistently closing above the 200 day MA (close to $47) post-earnings would also be a bull signal. Ignore the noise and look for the next strategic entry.

Quantum stocks went absolutely NUTS again today, all over the $NVDA model drop hype. The company up the most, $XNDU (+70% in one day!!), doesn’t even have any qubits, nor line of sight to any this decade. Bizarrely, the listed company with the most qubits ( $INFQ ) got the softest bid. What a world 🤷

I’m 23. I’m from France. I own 400 shares of IonQ . I’m writing that upfront because it matters for what comes next. I’m not a fund manager. I’m not paid to post. Whether the stock goes up or down tomorrow, my life doesn’t change. I’m a master’s student in international business who got pulled into the quantum world a year ago and hasn’t been able to look away since. What started as curiosity turned into something else. A year of reading, asking questions, getting things wrong, being corrected by people who knew more, and trying again. The physics didn’t come naturally. Neither did the financial side. But piece by piece, conversation by conversation, it started to connect. And I’ve been wrong along the way. More than once. The community has corrected me, caught names I misspelled, flagged claims I couldn’t fully source. That’s not a weakness of doing this publicly it’s the point. Working in the open means your mistakes are visible, and that’s exactly what keeps the work honest. The real craft was never about one acquisition. It was about connecting them. Oxford Ionics. SkyWater. Capella Space. Vector Atomic. Lightsynq. Qubitekk. ID Quantique. Skyloom. Seed Innovations. Nine deals in roughly twelve months, and each one reshapes a different layer computing, manufacturing, networking, sensing, space, security, software. That’s before you count the hires behind them, the integration team under Petrina Zaraszczak, the European expansion through Lorenzo Roversi in the Nordics, Marco Pistoia in Rome with the €1B Italian commitment, Darren Strange in Oxford. Before the university partnerships Cambridge and the Cavendish Lab, the OxCam corridor, the AstraZeneca BioVentureHub in Gothenburg, MTSU’s QRISE Center in Tennessee. Before the government layer SHIELD IDIQ, Golden Dome, Katie Arrington as CIO, the GDIT partnership, Robert Cardillo at IonQ Federal. Each piece is a story. Together they tell something bigger. And somewhere along the way, a community formed. The IonQers. Multilingual, scattered across time zones, reading the same filings, catching each other’s mistakes, crediting each other’s findings. Some of my closest conversations this past year have been with people whose real names I don’t know. Content in English, Japanese.. because the quantum ecosystem isn’t a single-language story, and the people trying to follow it deserve to read it in their own language. I want to be transparent about why I do this. It’s not for money. 400 shares wouldn’t change that calculation either way. I do it to help the community understand what’s actually happening to make the information accessible. Quantum is hard. The filings are dense. The physics is intimidating. Most people who could benefit from following this story give up after two paragraphs of jargon. That’s the gap I try to close. That’s why I write the deep dives. That’s why I make short videos breaking down the technology in simple terms. Not for followers. For readers who want to actually understand. Because this ecosystem shouldn’t require a PhD to follow. And when people message me asking why the stock is up or down on a given day I don’t have that answer, and more importantly, that’s not what I’m here for. Price action is noise. The ecosystem is the signal. I’d rather explain why an acquisition matters than guess where the candle closes. I also write this from a European seat, watching a mostly American story with European fingerprints all over it Oxford in the UK, Pistoia in Italy, QuantumBasel in Switzerland, Roversi and the Nordic corridor, Cambridge’s Cavendish Lab. France is not yet a node on this map. Maybe that changes. Either way, writing from here means I see the European side of the ecosystem with a different kind of attention than someone based in Maryland or California would. Two things keep me going. First, the medical side. 1/2 $IONQ
