The problem I see is that many Employers are buying tech and applying it their current "as-is" process versus reimagining what a process optimized for experience, productivity, and speed.

The best companies are predicated on product outcomes; Your product might resonate in a market initially, but you gotta shoulder/sherpa clients through those rough-patches. If you can shepherd/steward them through growth-gaps and help them succeed, then you will have an advocate.
