Judge Boasberg ordered that I not be informed that my cellphone records had been subpoenaed because he believed that I’d tamper with evidence or intimidate witnesses. That’s a complete abuse of judicial power, and Boasberg should be impeached.

The USA provides the equivalent of M4A /universal HC to 72.5m people already. Medicaid (72m) = universal healthcare. ACA plans have cost sharing reductions for anyone making up to 150pct of FPL. For a family of 5 , that’s $56k or so, on an ACA Silver plan. There are 10.5m that receive this benefit These numbers will go down in 2026. But still be over 75m people. This is always the response. Here is the reality. Most started their programs decades and in some cases more than 100 years ago, when everyone went to the doctor and hospital and there wasn't any expensive technology. Which made it easy to convert to UHC. Just keep paying the doctors and hospitals what they got before and move costs to taxpayers. In the USA today, there is a huge range of prices for the same procedure, within blocks of each other. It would be a legal nightmare to switch. And as I've said before , the first paragraphs of all M4A bills say that the Sec of HHS is in charge , which means every new administration will politicize it. We need to consider the path Canada took in the 40s. One province found a path that was economic , worked it out. Then over the next 20 years it expanded and was improved upon. But it can't happen here till we have complete transparency. Listen to my testimony and Q&A and the question Sen Warren asked me on Tricare. If the USA can't negotiate the best pricing on medications , how can it work for M4All ? Businesses would crush them, and the law of unintended consequences would make it all a mess
