@AXS_UK @matthewconnell I had exactly the same experience. Probably the worst ticket buying experience I've had. The advice was to keep trying because of demand, only to be accused of being a bot for clicking too much! Yet theres 100+ tickets already for sale on Stubhub...utter shambles.

Yeah the Radiohead ticket process is a shambles….

@SJMConcerts I am doing all of that. My 4G / 5G signal is not great however, which puts me at a disadvantage. It is frustrating to be repeatedly thrown out and started again. I’d expect high demand causing a wait but having to continually restart the process because of the system is poor.

@BigTimeBarratt sorry about this Philip, please make sure you're clearing your cache too and opting for another date. There are lots of customers trying for tickets at the same time, so please persevere. Thanks 🙂^P

So you go through all the verification process, halfway through the queue and you still get restricted? This is really poor. @AXS_UK @radiohead

@SJMConcerts @dawns05751 I have done all that, and still getting “Are you a real fan” when trying to get through on 4G. It’s not acceptable. You continue hike ticket prices (and booking fees!) without improving the tech to ensure fans, not resellers, get tickets.

@cardiffcouncil where are your parking wardens tonight? As a resident who pays for a parking permit and has received penalties from you when there has been no where to park on events days, this is totally unacceptable.
