Russell Henley is the reason golf courses do not need to be made longer. Just make them harder and reward guys like him that can play the game as designed. In the bag. Quit rewarding 340 guys hitting driver 54 deg wedges all day. Reward guys that can walk through their bag and beat you playing.....GOLF.

He’s not. Why don’t you believe me? I’ll take him getting deep a couple times in exchange for getting the ball out fast, evading my rusher in the pocket when I’m beat, and escapability that forces my DE to keep contain and not all out rush every time. He’s easy to block for.

If you ball comes to rest next to a tree root, do you get free relief? A root is simply just another part of the tree, and you don't get free relief from a 🌳 just because it's in your way. Your options are to play it as it lies or taking unplayable ball relief.
