Projectable scoring tools, detailed off-puck, defensive upside, too. Skating needs significant work. Likely the top centre in the draft, but it's a weak year for centres.

Chase Reid is the ultimate upside/certainty player in this draft. High-end ideas and tools, shoots right, very mobile, physical, and daring. His developmental trajectory is unheard of.

@Sapsterr_ Ty Mueller did fly to Chicago on Friday as precaution in case the Canucks traded 2 centre's at the deadline, when only 1 centre was traded, Mueller flew right back to Vancouver.
