Esports organizations need to invest in hiring staff to run their communities. There is a reason all these esports orgs are going bankrupt and shutting down, the old playbook is no longer working. Focus on building a community around the org before going bankrupt on players that bring no ROI.

The hate for this game feels so I HATE PINEAPPLE ON PIZZA TOO BECAUSE ITS COOL TO HATE SOMETHING THAT OTHERS ARE HATING. I don't even play extraction shooters. Not even trying to defend this game but comparing it to the bland generic slop concord and highguard is so disingenuous.
