I promise this isn’t a knee jerk reaction to that first half, and it might ruffle some feathers, but it needs to be talked about and I haven’t really seen anyone doing it. Josh Heird is a nice guy by all accounts. Haven’t had much interaction with him, but he’s been pleasant the few times I have. But everyone, EVERYONE said the MBB hire was going to make or break Josh Heird as AD. He just got a contract extension through 2030. Why is this not a major talking point?

Jeff Brohm doesn’t have the authority to kick Josh Heird out of his office and he doesn’t have the leverage to get a better job until he makes a bowl game better than Bush Beans or the Tony the Tiger Bowl.

Can confirm that Josh Heird and Jeff Brohm met to discuss a contract extension this week, and it ended with Jeff Brohm kicking Josh Heird out of his office. I am a fan first and I share this because I think most fans want Jeff to be here for years to come.
