@VOGCouncil your website says that small electrical items should be placed on top of recycling bags on collection day (which has worked fine previously) this week I did that but the items were dumped on the floor and left. Is there a definition of 'small' that I may have missed?

@AmazonHelp @AmazonUK I do... Every time! However your automated feedback doesn't actually allow us to give you the full details. I'd like to be able to report specific deliveries and the drivers. Some are good but most are too lazy to knock the door. Some don't even make it up the driveway.

@AmazonUK that is not 'delivered', unfortunately its typical of the standard of service received. This isn't my 'delivery' but I've complained about many similar of my own and nothing improves.
