Before the war in Iran I made clear: it is only fair that we have a windfall tax when energy companies make windfall profits, so we can help families with the cost of living.
The Tories, Reform, SNP all oppose it.

It wrong for a goverment to rip off its tax payers whilst the goverment uses taxes to assist an illegal invasion.
Fuel companies make money as they produce fuel whilst the goverment holds its hand out for there tax percentage on fuel. Who is the crook as without fuel there would be no fuel duty.

It would be completely wrong for a Government to stand by and allow companies to make excess profits from a war.
That’s why we’re taxing these windfall profits to help with the cost of living.
And why the Tories, Reform and the SNP are utterly wrong to oppose the windfall tax.
