We are 1 step closer to permanent Daylight Saving Time.
The House voted 308-117 to approve it today. Now the bill goes to the Senate. If approved, and that’s expected, it goes to the President’s desk.
What’s it mean? In December the sun would rise in Charlotte after 8 and go down after 6

So, the House of Representatives will vote today on legislation that could make Daylight Savings Time permanent nationwide. The bill would need approval in the Senate, if it passes the House, before going to the President. In December, if we were under permanent Daylight Savings Time, the sun would rise about 8 a.m. in Charlotte. It wouldn't go down until around 6:15 p.m. Penny for your thoughts.

It was good to be playing games in Boone today! Thanks to @CoachASharp and @AppStateWBB for being such generous hosts! We went 3-0 on the day, and the players improved in a lot of areas from just last week. We had a lot of fun being together!

Passing drills without defense are not the same as drills with pressure. And I will die on the passing hill that everyone on the court should be able to make clean skip or diagonal pass.

@DagsBasketball Right! Even for the pros, passing to the post is under taught. Wemby has trouble holding his position. When he's got someone pressing up on him, he struggles. He has time to grow.

This is where basketball minds overthink the game … why not just throw the ball to Wemby in the low post… it’s either 1v1 with your 7’5” star or they double and you play the advantage

I had fun running the Mountaineer 4 Miler this morning! We ran through some of my favorite spots in Boone including starting and finishing at The Rock, King Street, Horn of the West, App State Campus, and up Stadium Drive to the finish. @appstatesports @WataugaOnline
