@Starryder10 It was scheduled over a year ago when prime paid a large sum for the rights to a segment of the races. Anyone can get prime free for 30 days if they have internet and cancel before it renews it they want.

NASCAR made a big mistake scheduling this race on Prime. They shut out 10's of thousands fan on a weekend all fans needed to be able to watch.

I made it to the lobby screaming for help and the security guard immediately locked the front entrance and called the police. But when they checked the stairwell, it was empty. No footsteps. No sounds. Nothing. Then the security guard looked up at the elevator display. It was moving again. Floor 6. Floor 7. Floor 8. Floor 9. Stopping for a few seconds on every floor like someone was checking each hallway one by one. Then it stopped on 11. And stayed there.

I got into an elevator with one other guy and he asked what floor I lived on. I lied and said 3. He pressed 3 too. When the doors opened, I stepped out and just stood there pretending to look for keys. He didn’t move. Just stared at me from inside the elevator. Then quietly pressed the button for 11 after the doors closed. I waited until the elevator disappeared, then ran down the stairs to the lobby because suddenly I didn’t want him knowing which hallway I’d actually walk into. I told myself I was overreacting. Maybe he just changed his mind. Maybe 11 really was his floor. Then the lobby security guard looked at me weird and said, “You okay?” I asked why. He said, “That guy’s been coming in here for three nights asking if anyone new moved into the building.” My stomach dropped. I stayed downstairs pretending to be on my phone for almost twenty minutes before finally going back up. I took the elevator to 8, got out, then used the stairs to reach my actual floor. And when I turned the corner to my hallway, he was there. Standing outside my apartment. Just waiting to see which door I’d walk to....

@Roku I have done all that and I am not the only one complaining about this. Interesting an older Roku device in another room doesn't have this issue. It started with a new purchase of a new 4k streaming stick.

I make 22$ an hour and my partner makes 40$ an hour. We’re both full time. He wants me to move in with him. He wants me to pay for all the groceries and do all the cooking, but also wants me to pay him $400 a month to live in the house he owns. (He’s still paying it off) He keeps saying the money is going to go to his bank account to save for when we “buy a house together” AITA, Or does this feel a bit unfair?

I think it basically boils down to younger gens seeing that its mostly Boomers in charge of things & with everything being so shitty & unaffordable now, Boomers naturally will draw the most heat. I'm Gen X & the only complaint i really have about Boomers is that it feels like they failed us on climate action. But these generational divides are a lot like the class war to me- ENCOURAGED by the elites to displace blame for the awfulness we ALL experience now. Like a distraction from the things we should actually be analyzing.

I’m seeing, yet again, this surge of hatred for the Boomer generation. I’m a late season Boomer, born in 1961; I’ve worked for nearly 50 years, have been in the same profession for 37 years, I’ve routinely worked 45-60 hours a week. I don’t get why we are so vilified.
