Myself and 3 other trains were stranded in Carlisle at 3am with no bus replacement then advised to sort own taxi’s and claim refunds back from @AvWestCoast. Please see receipt here
@AvantiWestCoast hi, can you advise me on who to contact about a refund on a taxi I was forced to pay for from Carlisle to Glasgow central at 3am Tuesday morning? I was on the 4pm 2nd of June train from London with arrival time of 9:06pm in Glasgow but was stranded in Carlisle,
Spoke to Wilson from @gorillasapp_uk on the chat support and he responded with the same answer via email. Shocking treatment. You’ve sold me spoiled salmon and won’t compensate @gorillasapp
Ordered a @gorillasapp on the 23rd of June, opened my Scottish salmon fillets on the 26th of June and it was spoiled even tho it was within date.Contacted support the next day and they informed me it was past the 3 day period so they’ve told me they won’t compensate me in anyway.
