@BillyChaser Bro..I saw a vid Jay did..he said he carries his own for that reason..not defending these business with cheap toilet paper...but if they had the "nice" stuff out..it would get stolen..I know folks who try not to buy TP..they use fast food napkins.

Word of advice for all you cheap ass business who insist on providing 1 ply toilet paper in your restrooms because you think its saving you money. It's not saving you money when everyone needs to use 10 times as much paper to wipe thier asses. Welcome to my TED Talk.
