My question to the Health Secretary on whether the contract for Amazon to deliver lateral flow tests includes a requirement for them to pay UK taxes on the contract value doesn’t look like it’s going to get a quick answer. I wonder why?

@LukePollard Many thanks for your prompt reply. I’ll get my sister who is Dad’s live in carer to contact your team with the details. But I note media reports say only approx a third of housebound have had boosters due to limited ability of already over stretched GP services.

These comments are appalling. It’s not up to women to fix this. It’s not us who need to change. The problem is male violence, not women’s ‘failure’ to find ever more inventive ways to protect ourselves against it. For change to happen, this needs to be accepted by everyone.

This is just plain wrong. The responsibility is not on women to take legal courses. It is on the government to make laws that protect women and on the police to act according to the law.
