Nessuna attenuante politica, nessuna minimizzazione, nessuna sociologia da quattro soldi quando ci sono vittime E proprio per rispetto delle vittime bisogna dire la verità intera. A fermarlo sono stati cittadini. Luca Signorelli, ferito mentre cercava di bloccarlo, Osama Shalaby, egiziano, insieme al figlio Mohammed; altri negozianti pachistani intervenuti nella stessa area. Rainews li ha definiti “gli eroi egiziani e pakistani” che hanno aiutato a bloccare El Koudri. Quarto: molti minori “stranieri” sono nati o cresciuti qui ma restano giuridicamente stranieri per le regole italiane sulla cittadinanza. Quindi il dato misura anche un fallimento italiano, non un gene criminale importato. La sovra-rappresentazione statistica può giustificare politiche serie: più controllo del territorio, espulsioni individuali quando legalmente possibili, certezza della pena, contrasto alle gang, intervento su irregolarità, scuola, quartieri, salute mentale, recidiva, minori fuori controllo. Non giustifica la punizione collettiva. Non giustifica la “remigrazione” come parola magica. Non giustifica l’idea che un cittadino italiano possa essere espulso perché ha il nome sbagliato. Sul caso Modena lo ha dovuto ricordare persino Tajani: l’uomo è italiano, non c’è nessun permesso di soggiorno da revocare. E il Protocollo 4 CEDU vieta l’espulsione dei cittadini dal proprio Stato; la Carta UE vieta le espulsioni collettive. Le Candyland di Tarantino sognate dai vannacciani il villaggio bianco, ordinato, gerarchico, senza “contaminazioni” esistono solo nella testa di chi confonde l’ordine pubblico con l’igiene etnica. Poi arrivano i dati sui crimini commessi da italiani nativi e il giocattolo si rompe: femminicidi, abusi su minori, omicidi familiari, aggressioni razziste, branco, estrema destra. Non dimostrano che “gli italiani sono il problema”. Dimostrano che era cretina la premessa: spiegare il crimine col sangue. La sicurezza è una cosa seria. La propaganda no. Se uno straniero commette un reato, va punito lui. Se un italiano commette un reato, va punito lui. Se una rete criminale sfrutta irregolari, minori o quartieri degradati, va smantellata quella rete. Se un politico prende un fatto di sangue e lo trasforma in odio contro milioni di persone, non sta difendendo l’ordine pubblico: sta facendo marketing sulla paura. Il criminale ha responsabilità individuale. Lo Stato ha responsabilità istituzionale. Il politico che aizza l’odio ha responsabilità morale e politica. Il resto è razzismo.

When Chihiro used it, it’s stated that he used the Cloud Gouger to a potency that exceeded the magnitude of what its physical form could handle, hence the “exceed limits” point. While the Sojo case is DEFINITELY valid (which is partially why I used it to prove it wasn’t identical to Lightning despite looking that way), Chihiro’s explicitly states that the potency was beyond conventional limits for what the Cloud Gouger could handle

It is GENUINELY absurd how Sukuna mauls Akemura and effectively all of Kagurabachi. (Doing this for @BY_NM123, who wanted me to go into this, was originally not going to but this post randomly appeared, and I didn’t wanna be a hindrance to the community but since the opportunity presented itself, why not) If we use the “lightning” speed feet, we can firstly just clarify that this isn’t actually lightning speed to begin with. Firstly, there’s no indication that the lightning emitted by Cloud Gouger is ACTUAL lightning, since while it carries conductive properties, we see later that when Chihiro deducts that he must “swing and wring” it (the kanji for wring being 絞— to squeeze out to the last drop). At maximum, Cloud Gouger manifests Black Lightning which operates entirely differently in the way it makes Chihiro even faster than cloaked Mei. But even if we were to say it’s real lightning, it doesn’t detract from the fact that cloaked Mei doesn’t actually do anything SUPER unique, rather it’s made to “纏う” Mei— WEAR. The specific kanji is 纏, meaning to wrap and wear. So all cloaked Mei does is carry you with lightning. So, to be scientific for a moment: real lightning travels around a third lightspeed for the return stroke, whilst the stepped leader is about 200km/s. The reason this speed is possible is because of electromagnetic discharge through an ionised plasma channel— it’s legit just charge propagation, nothing to do with matter transportation. The moment you add mass on, that entire function deteriorates. Now, this only leaves one answer, that answer being that it’s not ACTUAL lightning, rather an ability to call upon the properties of lightning, which is suggested through an earlier statement about it actually regarding a property of THUNDER (雷). It’s also stated later in the chapter about Lightning Rod mechanisms, so it’s clear that it does emulate Lightning to a degree. So, how do we ACTUALLY calculate the speed? Well, that’s easy, we don’t. To accelerate a human body to that speed, it’d require energy so absurd that it’d release a shockwave. It doesn’t, so we can say it’s below Mach 30. At Mach 5, air has significantly plasma heating, so it’s not near that either. Even if we presume superhuman function, a human blacks out at about ~5g. Going that speed for 0.1 second would be ~1,000g or so, which’d be Mach 3, but also conk you out. The indication of zero energy release, the fact that there’s a separate mode which is black which goes even faster (ik it being black is irrelevant to the speed amp, that’s not what I’m talking about, I’m talking ABOUT the speed amp showcased through Shred) to suggest the typical type isn’t even that speed, and the fact it works at all shows that the Cloud Gouger Lightning feats aren’t actually able to be seen as anything more than more than a cool marginal speed amp. While we can say the superhuman body can handle it, which would be a fine argument, it’s immediately debunked by the air around, which ISN’T at all sundered. At maximum, it’s far below Mach 3. The human body can handle about Mach 0.02 until its eye can’t track things moving 5m away, and given that it can be reacted to, it’s probably about 30mph. Still excellent, of course, actually very scientifically plausible, just not scalerslop high-level like it’s proposed. Also, about the statement where it’s said it “exceeded its limit” to justify the idea it’s faster than conventional lightning, “限界を超えた雷” reads as lightning whose magnitude exceeds the blade’s integrity. It’s the limit of the blade, not the power— it’s just more than it can usually sustain, FURTHER proving the original one isn’t actually proper lightning.
